If we look back in time, Initially the project was with Kasturi Developers, But as the deal could not proceed in the two, it was later taken up by Majestique landmarks. The positive side of the same is that as the sanctions were back-dated, there is no MHADA building in the project. There is a small portion of the garden area that will be developed and handed over to the corporation for public use under the smart city initiative. 3.25 acres is the total project size, in which 2 towers of 37 floors are coming up. The Ornate has a configuration of 3 & 4 BHKs. The Ornate will be having three levels of amenities (Ground, Podium & Top terrace)
